Aiyana Spencer, MBA — Founder & Lead Strategist

As a Boston native with more than 20 years of experience across education, workforce development, healthcare, corrections, and community spaces, I kept seeing the same gap: young people had talent, ideas, and potential, but often did not have the same access to the language, exposure, confidence, or practical tools needed to navigate career, money, and professional spaces.

I created Grounded Works to help close that gap. Through practical, real-world learning, Grounded Works helps young people recognize what they bring, make more intentional decisions, and turn their interests, experiences, and ideas into real next moves.
