Grounded Works Junior offers separate, age-appropriate programming for elementary-aged students.

Status-to-Strategy is the signature Grounded Works program. It helps participants understand what influences their choices, identify the value they bring, strengthen how they communicate that value, and create a realistic next move.

Yes. Grounded Works programs are designed to be practical and participatory. Participants may complete activities, discuss real-life scenarios, practice interviews or professional introductions, receive feedback, and create a tool or action plan they can use after the session.

Yes. Examples, activities, timing, and participant products can be adjusted based on your organization’s goals and the needs of your participants.

No. Grounded Works helps young people recognize that experiences such as caregiving, volunteering, organizing events, creating content, solving problems, or helping family members can demonstrate real and transferable skills.
These programs are also designed for participants who are still exploring an idea and do not yet have a formal business.

Final pricing is based on program length, group size, materials, travel, staffing, and customization.

We recommend reaching out at least 30 days in advance so there is enough time for planning, materials, and any program customization. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is preferred for standard programs, and all dates are subject to availability.

Group size depends on the program, age group, and format. Grounded Works experiences are designed to stay interactive and give participants meaningful opportunities to practice and participate. Larger groups can be accommodated with advance planning and may require adjustments to the format or additional facilitation support.
