These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), our inquiries, and any educational, workforce readiness, financial literacy, or entrepreneurship programming, workshops, labs, or services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Description of Services
Grounded Works provides interactive workshops, career-readiness labs, financial education, professional development activities, and entrepreneurship exposure for youth, young adults (ages 14–24), elementary students, and partner organizations. Our Services are offered through in-person workshops, structured sprints, and custom organizational partnerships.
2. Inquiries, Bookings, & Custom Partnerships
Inquiry Submission: Submitting a contact or partner inquiry form through our Site does not constitute a binding agreement or guaranteed booking.
Custom Service Agreements: Official program bookings, customized curricula, workshop schedules, and pricing are formalized through separate, written service agreements or proposals executed between Grounded Works and the contracting organization (e.g., school, non-profit, church, or community agency).
Pricing & Payments: Base pricing displayed on the Site (e.g., Intro Labs starting at $950, Custom Partnerships starting at $5,500) is subject to final adjustment based on customization, participant numbers, staffing, travel, and schedule. Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements.
3. Educational & Informational Disclaimer
No Financial, Legal, or Employment Guarantee: The content provided on our Site, during workshops, and across participant materials (such as the Status-to-Strategy Map) is for educational, career-readiness, and personal development purposes only.
Not Professional Financial Advice: Financial education modules (such as budgeting, saving, or money choices) do not constitute licensed financial, tax, or investment advice.
No Job or Outcome Guarantee: While Grounded Works equips participants with resume tools, interview preparation, and strategic skills, we do not guarantee employment, job placement, college admission, or specific monetary earnings.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Materials: All website content, text, graphics, logos, brand names (including "Grounded Works" and "Status-to-Strategy"), icons, workshop curricula, lab formats, slide decks, participant worksheets, and digital materials are the sole intellectual property of Grounded Works and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Limited License for Participants & Partners: Partner organizations and program participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use participant materials solely for personal educational use during and following an authorized program session.
Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Grounded Works curriculum, workshop framework, or site content without prior written permission from Grounded Works.
5. Youth Participation, Safety, & Media Consent
In-Person Program Rules: Participants in Grounded Works programs are expected to engage respectfully. Grounded Works reserves the right to request the removal of any participant who disrupts the learning environment or poses a safety risk.
Media & Photo Releases: Photo, video, or audio recordings taken during Grounded Works workshops or events for promotional use are managed directly through photo release agreements executed with partner organizations or parents/guardians prior to program delivery.
6. Website Acceptable Use
When using our Site, you agree not to:
Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, or federal laws.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent contact information.
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Site's security, servers, or network integrity.
Scrape, data-mine, or harvest information from the Site without explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grounded Works, its founder, officers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, reliance on educational materials, or participation in any Services. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you or your organization to Grounded Works in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
